Hello! I’m Taylor, the creative mind behind Wrightshell! I am from Cary, North Carolina, but always knew that I wanted to live in Wilmington one day. I attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington for business/entrepreneurship. Since graduating in 2023, I got married, started my own interior decorating business, worked for a designer here in Wilmington, and now want to share my love of shells with you all!

The inspiration to start Wrightshell stems from my love of Wrightsville Beach and all the unique shells it has to offer. My husband and I spend almost all of our free time on the water. Whether it be taking the boat out and hopping from sandbar to sandbar, or simply walking along the beach. You will usually find me doing what I love most; Shelling!

What makes Wrightshell so special is that each shell is found at or around Wrightsville Beach. The diversity of the shells is what makes each car chime so unique. No one shell is the same, meaning no one car chime is the same!
